I have this bug described here:

The problem is that it say it WAS fixed in SP4. Am I missing something ? is
SP4 out? can I dl from somewhere?

There is a fix only for this bug that can be dl-ed from somewhere?

Anyone is developing multilanguage applications? How you solved the
translation of the texts in the dimensions without SP4?

This is a HotFix and you will have to contact Product Support to get the
fix.
This article just states that the next Service Pack will contain the fix,
which is SP4 and I don't think that is released yet.
