environment - ms analysis services/excel

that problem occurs with my users.
sorting just doesn't work and all dimension members are sorted as in the
cube.
i sort nice with member properties displayed.
i changed my role, used the roles my users use - no results.

i'm an olap admin, use excel 2003
my users use excel 2002.

i didn't do throughout testing because of lack of time
so i ask you to help.

what could be wrong?
