After I installed SQL and Analysis server both MSOLAP80.DLL and
MSOLAP80.RLL were at version 8.0.1.94. I stopped both the SQL and
OLAP Services. Then I ran SQL2KSP3 and SQLASP3 which resulted in
MSOLAP80.DLL being at version 8.0.760.0. So I uninstalled and
reinstalled Analysis server, stopped both services again and re-ran
SQL2KSP3. When it told me it was overwriting files I went to explorer
and copied MSOLAP80.DLL version 8.0.1.94 into the directory that the
service pack had extracted into and then hit "Yes to all". So when
the service packs were done both MSOLAP80.DLL and MSOLAP80.RLL were at
version 8.0.1.94 and things started working fine.
