Default So much for the SP1 - 04-23-2006 , 11:08 AM

Just checked SSAS after installing SP1 and guess what ? Ragged Hierarchies
is still not working. I tried the classical customer dimension and made a
hierarchi with country -> region -> city. Some counties don't have regions
so I changed the "hide member if" property for Region to "No Name".. And
when I browse the dimension I still see the blank region, which is should
skip if blank!! Well do we have to wait for SP2 for this one or am I missing
something ?

Did you see this article in Books Online
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...0(SQL.90).aspx talking about
this?
Does your client application is allowing you to set additional properties on
the connection string? Can you try and set MDX Compatibility connection
string property to 2.

Edward.
