Show all dimension members

I have 70-80 measures and I want to get all the dimension
members respective of whether the measure has a value or
not.

Is there a way I can always show all the dimension members.

Are you by any chance using NonEmptyCrossJoins or NonEmpty? The default
behavior of MDX (e.g. [dimension].[level].members) is to show all of the
members irrelavent if they have NULL or empty values.
