Default Sessions and HTTP connection to OLAP - 06-30-2003 , 09:51 PM

Hi all,
I have an issue where my ASP session always get "lost" or better,
reset, after I initiate a HTTP based OLAP connection to my Analysis
Services based on SQL 2K Enterprise. After a long digging around I
found this article Q290562. Its published date is some April this year
and still talks about SQL SP1? I'm already on SP3 on all SQL server
and Analysis Services and it ain't fix the issue yet.

Why does it specifically mentioned SP1 instead? So this fix is not
cumulatively included in SP3?

Looking forward to some shedding some more light here :-)

Many thanks.

Yes, the problem with Http connection is not very pleasant. You might
want
to read following article and see if this fix will help you:

Hope this helps,
