Hi,
I have a problem connecting to olap from a .net
application
the error that I am getting is
"SERVE ERROR IN /OLAP TEST APPLICATION"
THE OPERATION FAILED DUE TO SECURITY PROBLEMS - THE USER
COULD NOT BE AUTHINTICATED "
CON.OPEN("PROVIDER=MSOLAP; DATA SOURCE =BNG ;USER
ID=SUNNY PWD=SUNNY ;INITIAL CATALOG=CRM")

My setup is like this
Machine 1:
I have analysis server set up on a WINDOWS XP
i have a database called CRM created in analysis server
Machine 2:
I have SQL Server 2000 set up on a WINDOWS SERVER 2003
Machine 3:
I have a .net running in another machine.

My .net code should connect to my OLAP fetch data and
display it to me in a grid.

If you are using .Net, I strongly recommend that you look at using ADOMD.NET
rather than ADOMD.
