Default Security for local cubes - 10-21-2005 , 06:21 PM

I have built a few local cubes which are emailed out to the users.
We want to build some security so that apart from the user nobody else
must be able to get access to the data in the local cubes.

Can you please share ideas how to enforce security on local cubes.

Thanks
Karen

In AS2K - you can encrypt the cube file using tools such as pkzip. In Yukon,
local cube files support password encryption natively.
