Is it possible to not show the scorecard indicator (traffic light), if
there are no targets value specified for a given record in a cube?

But its more a scorecard definition then a technical point of view.
Does this KPI really needed?
If there is no target value and no values, does it the right KPI?

I recommand to adjust the scorecard definition himself and validate the
scorecard structure.
The scorecard is not just a KPI container, its a strategic tool.
