Is it possible to process the cube using DTS? If so, how
do I do that?

Try the following:
1) Open SQL Server Enterprise Manager, Registered Server, and Database
2) Select DTS --> Local Packages
3) Right-Click Local Packages and Select New Package
4) Select the "Cube" Task
5) Follow Wizard (note: you will need the OLAP servers registered)
