Default Running Analysis Manager from Client - 09-16-2003 , 10:18 AM

I have a question in regards to installing and running
analysis manager from the client. I am going to be a cube
developer for my company, but I am not in our IT Dept, and
therefore do not have physical access to our company's SQL
2000 Enterprise server, which does have analysis services
loaded. Can I just run the analysis maanger from Windows
98 laptop, or do I need to have a different operating
system to install & run the analysis manager?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ben
