Hi all,

I have created an AS Project in the VS2005 environment, done the
regular stuff such as building a cube, defining measures and dimensions
and finally, I managed to deploy it to an AS.

For granting information access to other users, I created a role,
checking 'read definition' on the basic config and granting read access
on the data source, the cube, the cell data, the dimensions and the
dimension data. However, it turns out that when I try to access the
information as a user belonging to this role, it doesn't work.

I've tried eliminating all possible interfering factors by testing the
data access from within VS2005, using the cube browser: whatever
measure I drop into the detail area, the only thing shown is "#N/A";
dimension properties do display correctly in rows and/or columns.
Switching the role from 'read definition' to 'full control' does make
it all appear properly.

I am quite a novice at AS, so I may be overlooking something obvious.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
