What are the requirements to write a measure via Excel 2002 to a cube?

I have done the following:

1. Enabled writeback on the cube.
2. Used example code from "Extending OLAP" on MSDN in the workbook.
3. The cube was created using SSABI.

Here are the references enabled in the spreadsheet:

Visual Basic for Applications
Microsoft Excel 10.0 Object Library
OLE Automation
Microsoft Office 10.0 Object Library
Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.8

Excel never returns from executing the update cube statement to a local or
remote cube.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I can't download it from microsoft, because I obtain a message :
