Tried this once before: New dimension values must be added "gracefully"...that means incremental update ... if I do this is there something wrong with dropping the fact table in sql and loading it again and doing a refresh data process on the cube ? Will I then loose used based optimization - if such ... ? Have an environment where the processing isnt' the buttle neck .. take only 2-3 minutes - shouldn't I worry then ? \Michael Vardinghus |
