Folks,

I'm trying to justify to our DBA that we should migrate our repository from
Access to SQL Server, but I'm being stonewalled with 'there is no reason
to...'. I know that it's a good idea, but are there any standard
recommendations that I can put in front of him, with justified logic, for the
migration.
