I have a remote server that we have set up to run on a port other than 1433. Using the client network utility, I have set up the alias to this server, and am able to connect to it with both enterprise manager and query analyzer, but not analysis services. Any ideas what I need to do here? I've tried the alias, and ddd.ddd.ddd.ddd,pppp and ddd.ddd.ddd.ddd ppp but no luck. |
