Hi,



i build a local cube following a Sample (vbADoCreateCube) which comes
with the Analysis Server. This works fine.



I put the cube to another Workstation and make a pivot-Table. Also this
works fine and i can see all my Data. But when i click to actualize (red
exclamation mark), it tries to connect to the original DataSource. But
this fails because the client is not allowed to connect to the
SQL/Analysis Server.



When i build a local cube from Excel, i can distribute this file and i
can refresh all the time without an failure. He only refreshes his own
data, but this is what i want.



Does anybody know what i have to do that this cube knows that he is
disconnected from his source and when he has to refresh to do this only
from his own data?
