Look at Russ Whitney's SQL Server Magazine article on Member Properties from
last August:
http://www.winnetmag.com/Article/Art...384/39384.html

It is one of my favorites. If he doesn't do something like this directly,
I'd bet that you can derive a hint on how to do it from one of his examples.

I have a customer parent-child dimension with a sales rep
as a member property (the sales rep is a column of the
customer dimension table).
I also have defined a sales rep dimension.

The fact table contains the measure sales.

I would like to define a calculated member that allows me
to see all sales for which the sales rep is reponsible.
In other words, not just his direct sales but those of all customers
below his.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
