Not sure about the: "An unexpected internal error has occured". But for
the overreporting of data, can you check the SQL queries used for
incremental processing (when new data is detected), to see if there is
an overlap in the range of successive queries, causing the overlapping
data to overreported? What is the fact table key you're using for
proactive caching and incremental processing?

Thanks Deepak,

But it seems to be a bug. I did more investigation.. Queries are fine.. The
count stays fine..until the unexpected error and then the numbers start
doubling. I will try to open a case with PSS.
