Hi, We are migrating databases from an Analysis Services 2000 instance to an Analysis Services 2005 instance by using the 'Migrate Database' Wizard in Management Studio. Both instances are installed on the same server. After specifying both server/instance names, we receive an error message saying: 'Source server: The 'MSOLAP' provider is not registered on the local machine'. The operating system is Windows 2003 Server with Service Pack 1. We have IIS as well installed on it. Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem and how to solve it? All help is appreciated. //Malin |
