just restart the OLAP service, that is MSSQLServerOLAPService.

I have a OLAP datatabase with serveral cubes. During
editing one of the cubes the network went down. Now I have
a locking problem with this particular cube:

"could not lock object (user xxx on computer xxx has
locked xxx. Description: Cube editor has locked cube xxx
for writing)"

I cannot delete, edit the cube etc. How do I solve the
problem?

Have you tried stopping and starting MS OLAP Services in the Services
component of Administrative Tools?
