It requires SQL Server 2000 and Office 2003, but it is essentially a free download. You should be able to download the first couple of chapters of the prescriptive architecture guide that describe the requirements without downloading the complete Accelerator. If you download the Accelerator, there are a couple of sample schemas that ship with it. One supports Sales and Marketing and the other supports Retail. These are just "samples" that will allow you to generate the solution and look at the components produced. The rest of the PAG (which you get when you install the Accelerator) documents the entire solution. Again, many of the recommendations that we have for best practices are included in the solution. Hope that helps. -- Sean -- Sean Boon SQL Server BI Product Unit |

Hi, Can you kindly explain why it requires Office 2003? Will it not work if I have office 97? Thanks. It requires SQL Server 2000 and Office 2003, but it is essentially a free download.
