I'm not doing much with OLAP but I would think it's better to create/setup
AS on the remote site and then just ship the data there.

Forwarding your question to OLAP group for better coverage.

Dear gurus,

We have created a couple of tasks (using vb 6 a sql2000 which create a
olap
cube in our side, here in Spain)
That's fine and it is working properly but from now on that cube must be
processed in another country. I suppose that there are two solutions for
that:

-Implement remote connection via IP, and our VB back-end server reaching
the
overseas DB (Argentina)
-Easier maybe: install Analysis Manager and create a cube again there,
doing
duplicity of objects.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

Take a look at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro.../anservog.mspx
This will give you good steps on what you need to do to best distribute the
cubes.
Option 2 would be easier.
