See that BI 1.2 you should install in Windows 2000 Server, 2003 or XP
professional.
What OS did you try to install?

How did you conclude that it is still 1.1 ? I found out that I had to
uninstall 1.1 and then install 1.2 before it worked - perhaps this is the
problem ?
