From Analysis Manager, no. Analysis Manager is an administrative tool and
users shouldn't be using it to browse cube data unless they are the
administrator.

However, can you get results from an Analysis Services cube saved to a
file....absolutely. However, depending on what your requirements are, there
may be different ways of doing this. One way might be to build a DTS
package that runs an MDX query and then outputs the data to a file. Another
way would be to build a report using Reporting Services and then set the
output type to the type of file needed (if it's supported) and then schedule
the report to run at a specific time. Again it really just depends on your
specific requirements.
