Hi,

I am trying to limit the access to one of my 4 dimensions for certain
users. This dimension is called Customers and the hierarchy is
Customer Category -> Customer Type -> Customer Sub Type -> Customers.
The user is supposed to have unrestricted access to all other dimensions
(Time, Geography, etc.)

What I have been trying to do (without any luck) is to define a Role
called 'Sales Staff" and give them access to Customer Type 'B' and 'C'
only (out of 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', and 'E') and all the customer Sub-types
and eventually the Customers which fall under these 2 customer types.
The role definition seems to work fine in Analysis Service (I confirmed
this by using the "test Role" option) but the problem starts when the
user tries to access the cube from the front-end.

The moment the user opens the cube, a message pops using saying
something like an error related to Min, Max and then the user is unable
to continue....

Does anyone have any clues as to what could be wrong or what should I
look for.

I'll be grateful for any help since I'm stuck with this for the past 2
days
