Default Provider not found (Unspecified Error) - 05-22-2004 , 02:32 PM

Hi everyone,

I have just installed the SQL Server Analysis Services on my XP Home
Edition. MS SQL Server Personal Edition with SP3 is already installed.

When I try to view the Cube data of the sample Foodmart database, it gives
me error that
"Cube must be processed before the data can be viewed (Unspecified Error)"

I have processed all the cubes many times, but having the same error each
time.

When I try to start the MDX Sample application, it gives error that
"Provider not found or not properly installed"

I don't know what more I have to install after installing SQL 2K (SP3) and
Analysis Services,

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards.

You have installed service pack for SQL Server. To fix
your problem, you will have to install service pack for
Analysis Services in addition to service pack for Sql
Server.
