I'm having this same problem. Did you ever solve this?

Thanks,

I had the same problem. I had a report action and a drill through action
defined on my cube. I took the MDX from Proclarity (Edit ->MDX) and ran it
using SQL Management Studio and double clicked on the cells. I noticed that I
was getting an error "Report Parameter expects a member but string or numeric
value was supplied". As soon as I fixed that, my actions started showing up
in Proclarity.

I believe my client spoke with someone at ProClarity and found that this
functionality is not always supported. It may have had to do with Calulated
Members not being supported.
