How long does it take to full process a HOLAP cube that has a fact-table with
size of 70 GB. It uses 9 dimensions.

It is impossible to answer that specifically. With HOLAP, the actual fact
table records are not move, but aggregates have to be calculated, thus it
will depend greatly on the number (and size) of the aggregates.
