Any pointers to resouces on how to write .NET program to processs
cube. Is the best method to call a Sql Server Remote Procedure using
ADO.NET? Would like a more direct and flexible method.

Processing is done us DSO. For an excellent example of how to do this. Look
at the source code for the DSO/XML utility:
