hi ! I 'm new here as well as my english is very wrong ok, well my
problem is , I have a conection with oracle 8 and one data sourse in
sql server , when I'm trying to do the cube and process it or process
dimensions I get the error , the error is:

Data source provider error: RECORD=1,

well the situation is that I can't to process my cube , I was
reading about it and I found if I install a service pack 3 for a SQL
server the problem disappear but it's no true , because I install de
SP3 and nothing happen

please anybody help me , I'm on the edge of insanity

hi,

in the analysis manager, check ur datasource connection
and test it ..it shd work fine ...if it is succeeded u can
then process ur cube.

if any doubts do write back.
