I have this strange problem with the aggregations on one of my cubes. I
am adding data to a partition in the cube using BI Accelerator which
when completed, only shows up aggregations updated in 3 out of 4
measurements. The measurement it leaves out, does have considerable
numbers in the Fact table columns from the rows just added, as revealed
from my query. Repeated attempts of reprocessing the partition and even
wiping it out and recreating it back, has not fixed this problem. We are
using Sql Server 2000 Entreprise edition with sp3 along with Sql Server
2000 Analysis Services (sp3) sitting on a Windows 2000 (sp2) box.



I would appreciate any information anyone can give to resolve
this issue.

Hi,

This is strange could you check the estimated size of the fact table? It
is in the property panel of the cube editor could you recount these (AS
manager, select problem cube, r.click, edit, properties, advanced,
facttable size, recount those and make sure that this number fits). Please
try again if this was set to low.
