I know that Analysis Manager can set aggregation level for a cube. I
there a way to just pre-calculate (aggregate) only one measure, not the
whole cube?

create a dedicated cube with only your measure
and another cube with the other measures
and finally a virtual cube to join all the measures.

but the final size of the single measure cube versus 1 complete aggregated
cube will be small
