Default Pivot Table Client Cache - 10-20-2005 , 05:56 PM

Hi all,

Is there any (VBA) client or server cache setting that would allow an Excel
Pivot Table built from an AS cube to be available if the AS box were
down/cube unprocessed?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, No. The cube must be processed for it to be queryable.

Perhaps local cubes could be used

Think there's some restrictions to what these can do with calc members
though...
