OWC Pivot Control Returns "#Value!" from a Virtual Cube Process

I've found a link that claims to be able to fix my problem...trouble is
they say I should call Microsoft. I'm thinking that surely someone
else has run into this and might be willing to share the
code...assuming it was freely given by Redmond.
