Default OWC 11, Sharepoint and OLAP - 09-04-2003 , 05:00 PM

Hi,
I am trying to use Pivottable (OWC11) as web part in my sharepoint
service (team website).

Does any body have success with that ?

Here is the setting

Connection String :
Provider=MSOLAP.2;Data Source=ngccreportsql;Initial Catalog=FoodMart 2000

Query sting :
Sales

If I give any thing other than cube names in the query text - it says wrong
cube name.

e.g. SELECT Measures.MEMBERS ON COLUMNS,[Store].MEMBERS ON ROWS FROM [Sales]

gives me error back saying...

The query could not be processed.
The cubename 'SELECT Measures.MEMBERS ON COLUMNS,[Store].MEMBERS ON ROWS
FROM [Sales' is invalid

does anybody have any idea ?

BTW the same connection string and query works for an web application using
OWC11 pivottable.

Hi,
Unfortunately I couldīt help but perhaps you could help me. How much
OWC11 is different of OWC10? Are there any news in 11 version?
Thanks a lot
