I have a query that only returns part of the values from an openquery
statement using MDX. It creates calculated members using the WITH statement
and these members are members of the MEASURES dimension.

The entire query works fine running on SQL Server 2000 Dev SP3a on Win XP.

However, on two installs of SQL Server 2000 Std SP3a on Windows Server 2003
only part of the data gets returned. The remaining data comes back as
integer nulls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to move this to
production shortly and I am having no luck with what is wrong.
