We are implementing SQL Analysis Service (data cube). We have put together a
simple .ASP page which demonstrates access to the cube.

When we run this .ASP page on a machine with Microsoft Office 2000 or 2003
Professional, the cube displays and operates just fine.

When we run the page on a machine with Microsoft Office Small Business 2003
we get the message:

"To use this Web page interactively, you must have the Micrsoft Internet
Explorer 4.01 or later and the Microsoft Office Web Components. See the
Microsoft Office Web Site for more information"

So, we install the OWC but it does not make a lick of difference. Same error
message.
