Default OLAP Data Source Error - 11-05-2004 , 03:58 PM

Reporting Services Error
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----

a.. An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Get Online Help
a.. Cannot create a connection to data source 'TestSource'.
(rsErrorOpeningConnection) Get Online Help
a.. Unspecified error

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
Microsoft Reporting Services

This might be a Reporting Services question, but we only have the problem
with we attempt to generate a report from Reporting Services that uses an
OLAP Cube, so I thought I would pose the question to this group. (We ARE
able to generate reports when accessing SQL only - but when attempting to
use the Cube, we get the error shown above).

How can we trouble shoot this to determine why the connection created?
There's no information in the event log after this error occurs. The
connection string in reporting services looks like this:

Provider=MSOLAP;Client Cache Size=25;Data Source=TEST99;Initial
Catalog=TestCube;Auto Synch Period=10000;

Thanks,

- da
