I have a cube and want to assign a threshold value sparsely(in the
thousands) to cells within the cube. For example the aggregrate might
be dollars spent on departmental projects and the static threshold is
the departments budget.

What is the best way to associate the static threshold (thresholds can
not be aggregated) to individual cells whose aggregates are determined
by the dimensions selected?

I would like to extract the cube data including the threshold into
excel if possible, so I would like to keep the threshold associated
with cells in the cube, or build an intermediate services that excel
can connect to.

Suggestions welcome.
