I can't seem to find this group. The Server is a Domain
Controller.

This is exactly the reason why Analysis Services are not supported on Domain
Contollers - because you cannot create local groups - only domain groups.
If you still want to use Analysis Services on DC, you can create OLAP
Administrators group manually, but remember that you are going through
unsupported configuration.
