Can ANYONE PLEASE explain why OWC fails to return the
correct member references for the "CurrentMember"
function when using OLAP Actions targeting Cells. It
returns the Default member regardless of which cell is
active.

This happens when using the code from any of the Microsoft
Samples (Office XP Web Component Toolpack AND the XP BI
Portal)

When browsing the cube using the SQL Analysis Manager
Client you at least the correct member references for
dimensions placed on the Pivot Axis, however it also
returns the Default member for Dimensions in the Filter
Axis regardless of which member is selected. I posted this
issue in a previous message and someone from Microsoft
replied that this was a known issue with the Analysis
Manager Client.

Where should I be looking for the problem? ... SQL
Analysis Services (probably not considering two Microsoft
Clients have different symptoms) ... the sample code ? (I
can't find any issues with the code) ... or is this a bug
in OWC ???
