either use file system permissions, or if the file is intended to be sent by
email/etc - ZIP it with password protection

I have developed an Excel worksheet that uses pivot tables and off line
olap cubes. Does anyone know how to control access to the off line cubes

other than through the file property security method? When you create the
cube in Excel there is no password function and even if the worksheet is
password protected the cube file isn't. The cube file can be opened via mdx
or another Excel worksheet.
