System SP reinstalled (It is Windows 2000 SP2 or SP3)???

In my experience ther is no correlation between the two service packs.
It's true anyway that some application install ADO components and so
sometimes you should reinstall AS SP3a (which upgrades ADO components) after
having installed them. But if Installation programs are done well this is
not the case because set up programs should control the versioning of DLLs.
