Not that I know of. I have come to the conclusion that
there is no common definition of OLAP anyway, and reading
older books helped me to understand the different
approaches. I bought a number of them for little money at
ebay (germany). Don`t know whether that is a good sign or
bad sign for the future of OLAP.

Basically I just grab any info I can get.
