Hi. Is there any way to make Named Sets visible to Excel or PivotTable
Object (owc) ?

No, very frustrating.

fwiw... You can assign an MDX SELECT statement to OWC and that SELECT
statement can reference a named set.

yep, i was afraid of it ..

but still, how can i assign an mdx select to my owc pivottable ? (this
should do it)

and i assume that is the same frustrating issue about Actions also .... ?

The SELECT statement can be entered via dev-time UI -- don't recall
specifics offhand (or programmatically).

You can set the CommandText property of the Pivottable to an MDX
Statement...
