Default msmdsrv process use 100% CPU - 06-08-2005 , 03:46 PM

Hi,

We're having some problems when installing SQL Server Analysis services to a
Windows 2003 Server. As soon as we have installed Analysis services and
Service pack 3. When we reboot. The CPU usage goes to 100%. We have to shut
down the msmdsrv service. After that, the CPU goes back to normal.

The other thing is when this problem occurs, we are having huge log files in
our ISA server referring to msmdsrv trying to pass through the firewall.

I have found nothing on the net about this problem.

It's strange that nobody from Microsoft would answer on the problem we're
having. Are we the only one in the world who are experiencing this behavior?

Please help!!!!
