Hi,

There is no answer for my problem. I would like to solve the problem without
reinstalling the server, as this is a production server and I can not spare
any time offline.

The thing is that I get the same problem nevertheless what client do I use,
I always get an
error:
Cannot load databases, version may not be valid

The enviroment is:
Win 2003 server without SP1

Then I installed SP4 for Analysis Services 2000, before there was no SP
applied on AS.
After that the error appears at every attempt of connecting to OLAP cubes.

I got an article on MS support site KBID 903030, but I wonder if this is the
case, I even got the hotfix an applied it but it didn't do the update of
files as it is described in article.
I've received a newer hotfix and the files are upgraded as described in the
article.
But now I think this isn't the case.
