Hi,
on MS AS 2000 SP3 I try to implement user rights using 2 security roles
assigned to one user.

The first security role restricts dimension A for use of member 1 only.
The second security role restricts dimension A form use of member 2 and
dimension B for use of member xyz.

If I assign both security roles to a user at the same time, the client
application (e.g. MS Excel Pivot Table, ProClarity) reports an error during
cube connecting.

Excel's error: "It is not possible to acquire necessary information about
the cube."
ProClarity error: "Connection failed using information from the
ConncetionXML property."

If I test the security roles separately, everything works fine.

Does anybody have an idea where to look for the problem?
