Default MOdeling Time dimension with Local and GMT time - 06-02-2006 , 06:31 PM

I have Time dimension (hour granularity) with calendar and fiscal hierarchies.
CLients are from all time zones in the world.

WHat is the best way to model the Time table - add fields (gmt and local)
for each level of calendar hierarchy and fiscal hierarchy ?
or
?
Thnx,

well...

does your fiscal calendar is hourly based???
where is the head office of the company? generally this is the reference for
an hourly based analysis.

another option is to use the multilanguage feature of AS2005. associate 1
language to 1 time zone.
each language will use a different label for the time dimension

But you have to provide a common vocabulary what's appends if you look at a
specific day and see 2 differents sales amount??? what the manager will
understand? you'll produce some confusion.

the last option is to create 1 cube by time zone with a local view of the
data.
